Can a fabric be made into different products?

In many cases, yes! If you see a fabric you love on one product, it can often be made into matching dog collars, bandanas, bow ties, or leashes. Contact us at info@dubdog.pet if you see a pattern like!
When can you expect your order?

We handcraft every item, so please allow 5–7 business days before shipping. We ship all of our packages via USPS First Class Mail with tracking, so please allow an additional 1-4 days for shipping. If for any reason we see that it may take longer, we will contact you via the information provided when you placed your order. During the holiday months of November and December, the studio can get quite busy, so you can expect a longer wait. Please let us know if you need your order by a desired date and we will do our very best to make that happen.
Are Dubdog products handmade?

Yes! All Dubdog Designs dog accessories are handcrafted with care using quality materials. Our handmade dog collars, bandanas, and bow ties are designed to be durable, comfortable, and stylish for dogs of all sizes.
Can I get matching dog accessories?

Absolutely! Many of our fabrics are available in multiple products, including dog collars, bow ties, bandanas, and leashes. This makes it easy to create a matching dog accessory set for your pup.
What is your return policy?

If you realize after placing your order that you have ordered the wrong size, style, or design, contact us immediately and we will be happy to make the changes to your order before it is created.

We strive to create a product that you and your dog will love, but if for any reason you are not happy, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original and unused condition. We are not responsible for exchanged or returned items lost or damaged in the mail. Please note that our designs have limited availability and size exchanges may not always be possible. In those instances, we will offer you an item of equal value or a complete refund of your purchase, minus shipping.

Shipping

We ship all of our packages via USPS First Class Mail with tracking. Delivery generally takes 1–4 days on average to anywhere in the United States. If you need expedited service, please email us at linda@dubdog.pet.
Responsibility of Use

Dubdog Designs prides itself on attention to detail and understands the importance of safety and durability when it comes to our products. However, we cannot be responsible for any excessive pulling, chewing, or scratching of our products by your dog. Our collars are also not to be used on tie-outs. Dubdog is not liable for damages or injury due to the use or performance of our products. As a responsible pet owner, you should periodically check for any signs of wear and determine the suitability of our product for your individual situation. Please be a good pup owner and only use Dubdog products in the manner they were intended. 
Sales Tax

All applicable taxes have been included in the price. Kansas residents can expect to pay an additional 10.725% tax.

Our Collars

How do I measure my dog's neck?

The proper fit of your dog’s collar is important for both safety and comfort. Measure your dog’s neck with a cloth seamstress’s tape measure. If you don’t have one, use a piece of string and then measure the string on a rigid ruler. Measure your dog’s neck a couple of inches down from his head. Make certain the tape measure is snug, but not tight. For small dogs, add an extra inch to the total measurement. For medium or large dogs, add 2 inches. This should give you the measurement you are looking for. For the best fit, two fingers should be able to fit between the collar and your dog’s neck.
What is the difference between a Side Release Buckle Collar and a Martingale?

A Side Release Buckle Collar features a plastic buckle mechanism that clicks open and closed, allowing you to quickly secure or remove your dog's collar. It's ideal for active dogs and provides easy on-and-off functionality.

A Martingale collar is a training collar that tightens slightly when your dog pulls, providing gentle correction without choking. It's designed to prevent escape and is commonly used for dogs with narrow heads or during training sessions.
Will my collar look like the one pictured on the website?

Every Dubdog product is created by hand, and due to the pattern flow of the fabric used, your collar will not be exactly the same as the one pictured. We are certain that you will love what we create for your pup, but if for any reason you aren’t, just send it back to us and we will get you a replacement with no additional shipping charges.
How do I clean my dog's collar?

All of our products are machine washable; however, we suggest either hand washing them with a mild detergent or shampoo.

Air-drying is always best to keep the colors from fading too fast.

Do I need a Dubdog collar to use a dog bow tie?

No! Our handmade dog bow ties are designed to work with most standard dog collars. You can easily add a Dubdog bow tie to your dog’s favorite collar to create a stylish dog accessory for photos, outings, or everyday wear.
How do Dubdog bow ties attach to my dog’s collar?

Dubdog dog bow ties attach to your dog’s collar using a secure Velcro loop on the back of the bow tie. Simply wrap the Velcro around your dog’s collar and press it closed. This design keeps the dog bow tie accessory secure and comfortable for everyday wear.
Will the dog bow tie stay on during walks or playtime?

Yes. Our Velcro dog bow tie attachment keeps the bow tie securely fastened to the collar. This helps it stay in place during walks, daycare, playtime, and other daily adventures.
Are Dubdog dog bow ties washable?

Yes! If your dog's bow tie accessory gets dirty, we recommend spot cleaning or gently hand washing it, then letting it air-dry. This helps maintain the shape and fabric of your handcrafted dog accessory.
